German-Azerbaijani Economic Forum 2019

ALPHA/Baku: Azerbaijan is also a growing market for ALPHA in the sectors of industrial safety, conformity assessment and sustainable supply chain management. Four impressive days of intensive discussions with the Ministry of Energency Situations, Azerbaijani inspectors for machinery and plant safety, representatives of important local petrochemical companies, alternative energy providers or the oil industry and finally participation in the high rankend German-Azerbaijani Economic Forum in Hyatt Baku came to an end. In the spectacular setting of modern Baku, we discussed how the national objectives can be implemented in a future strategy to improve sustainability and industrial safety in Azerbaijan.
